There are a lot of sites that claim of having a free domain registration, but they normally have some catch to it. Some actually provides free domain registration if you pay for their hosting. Some other offer the same thing but applicant has to go through a bunch of sponsored reviews and registration to get their free domains (even after all those, sometimes the applicant status is considered under consideration).

In order to get indexed in Yahoo quickly, you can submit your site directly to Yahoo. There are several types of submission supported by Yahoo. The most commonly used are free site submission to start getting indexed as soon as possible.
